The Cleanser JA by Nicole (thecleanserja.com) sells herbal wellness products. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it and payment (or a payment arrangement) is in place. We accept card payments via our secure payment provider, bank transfer, and cash on pickup where offered. Prices are shown at checkout; if an item is unavailable we’ll contact you to substitute or refund.

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on your location and the courier. Pickup arrangements are confirmed by message after checkout. Please double-check your contact and delivery details — we can’t deliver what we can’t reach.

Because our products are consumable wellness items, we can’t accept returns on opened products. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it or refund you.

Our products are traditional herbal preparations, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
