When you place an order or send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery details, and the items you ordered. We don’t collect anything you don’t submit.
How we use it
We use your details to confirm and fulfil your order, arrange delivery or pickup, respond to your messages, and keep a record of your purchase. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t send marketing you haven’t asked for.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider on their secure pages — your card number never touches our servers. Bank-transfer and cash options involve no card data at all.
Where your data lives
Orders and enquiries are stored securely with our hosting and database providers, and order alerts are delivered to our inbox by our email provider. Access is limited to the store team.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time using the contact options on this site (email, WhatsApp, or Instagram) and we’ll sort it out.
